Submitting the contact form is a request for information, not a contract. Any quotation we send is valid for the period stated in it. Work begins only after a written agreement or purchase order that sets out scope, price and timeline. That agreement, not these terms, governs the project.

Project descriptions and screenshots on the Website reflect the systems at the time they were captured. Client sites linked from the Website belong to those clients and are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for their content or availability.

The JOMos name, logo, website design and text are our property. Client names and logos shown belong to the respective clients and are used to describe work we delivered for them.
